This HDR blog site is not currently a profit making enterprise. There is no product at the current time. It’s feasible there could one day be a book. The events are free remote-listening synchronised “silent discos”. The HDR Programme is a suggested framework made available freely on this site. The poems are also offered freely. The dietary suggestions are based largely on restriction rather than supplements to the diet that you can’t get down your local grocers, and so an added bonus is they’ll free up some of your budget. There is no dietary supplement that you need to purchase for HDR. Normal coffee is fine.
If it’s not for profit, what’s it for?
Fun.
HDR is an over-spilling phenomenon. It generates a lot of joy, and joy generally tries to leap out to others. It’s fun conceiving of and writing these short blog posts about it. Keeps me curious. Keeps me creative. Keeps me busy. It’s nice to think they could be of use. I’d love to think HDR could catch on as it would create a great twice-weekly wave of joy following dawn westward around the world.
For the Fun of it…
Because it’s a Just For Fun enterprise, you’ll find me able to crosses over when the comic muse takes me into spoof, self-parody and down-right silliness. Which to me is no bad thing.
